Programs

Dominant offers a large number of final hybrids in many basic feather colours and also eggs with shells in different colours. All hatching programs may be differentiated into roosters or hens according to the assorted fluff of one-day-old chicks, or according to the different growth rate of the flight feathers, which is slow for roosters and fast for hens. See below for programs arranged according to egg shell colour related to each program.

Brown shell
Brown egg programs include hybrids that may be sexed by the colouring of one-day-old chicks or by the speed of feather growth.

White
Classic pure white eggs are produced by one program only, namely DOMINANT LEGHORN D 229, created by crossing White Leghorn source lineages.

White and cream
DOMINANT CZ programs based on the Leghorn breed with colour feathers such as Partridge, Tricolour, Sussex or Leghorn with the Colombian type feathers.

Green and blue
One of the innovations in the DOMINANT CZ programs is the Greenshell program. In the final programs it includes the option of almost all of our known feather colours.

New Dominant Darkshell program produces eggs with a specific – original shell colour in many shades of dark to chocolate brown, sometimes with pronounced spots.

DOMINANT TINTED D 723 is the only program with a highly balanced cream shell colour, created by crossing White Leghorn paternal lineage and Rhode Island Red maternal lineage.
